We bring the golf course to you! Our setup includes a SkyTrak+ launch monitor inside an inflatable golf bay. We provide everything needed—projector, screen, clubs, balls, and simulation software. The SkyTrak+ uses advanced swing and ball data to accurately track your shots in real time, letting you play on virtual courses or fun mini-games. It's a fully portable, high-tech golf experience wherever you are.

Our ideal setup requires a space of approximately 12 feet wide by 8 feet deep, with at least 9-foot ceilings. We’re also happy to come out for a consultation to see how we can best fit the Golf Pod into your space and show you exactly how it works.

Setup usually takes 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the venue's layout and accessibility. Tearing down takes about 30 minutes. Our team takes care of everything—from setup to cleanup—so you can relax, and enjoy your event!

Every rental comes with everything you need for a full golf experience—including the inflatable simulator bay, SkyTrak+ launch monitor, projector, screen, golf clubs, balls, and simulation software. Plus, one of our team members will be on-site for part (or entire length) of your event to handle setup, operation, and make sure your guests have a seamless, fun experience.

We use the SkyTrak+ launch monitor and simulation software, delivering an accurate, immersive golf experience. Our setup includes a Elite hitting mat for a realistic feel, a high-definition projector for crisp visuals, and a custom inflatable hitting bay measuring 12' wide, 6' deep, and 8.5' high.

We provide entry-level clubs, but guests are welcome to bring their own—just make sure they are cleaned thoroughly before play to keep the simulator in top condition.

Yes, we carry insurance for our equipment. However, we do recommend that the venue or event organizer also has their own liability coverage for the event itself—this helps ensure everyone is fully protected and gives you extra peace of mind.

Yes, guests are welcome to use their own clubs! We do require that all clubs are thoroughly cleaned before use to help protect the simulator and keep the equipment in top condition. For safety and accuracy, all shots must be played using the balls provided by The Golf Pod.
