The our golf ball monitor uses advanced swing and ball data to accurately track your shots in real time, letting you play on virtual courses or fun mini-games. It's a fully portable, high-tech golf experience wherever you are.

Depth: At least 12 feet from the back wall to the screen, plus space for the player to stand and swing. Height: Minimum of 9 to 10 feet of ceiling clearance to accommodate all club types, including drivers. Electrical Requirements Power: Access to two standard 110V outlets is required to power the simulator, projector, and other equipment. Every rental comes with everything you need for a full golf experience—including the inflatable simulator bay, SkyTrak+ launch monitor, projector, screen, golf clubs, balls, and simulation software. Plus, one of our team members will be on-site for part (or entire length) of your event to handle setup, operation, and make sure your guests have a seamless, fun experience.

We recommend booking at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and peak seasons. We get it—plans can change! Cancellations made at least 96 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the situation. Rescheduling is always free if you let us know at least 96 hours before your event. If something comes up last minute, give us a call—we’ll do our best to work with you. As a small business with a few employees, we understand!

Yes, we carry insurance for our equipment. However, we do recommend that the venue or event organizer also has their own liability coverage for the event itself—this helps ensure everyone is fully protected and gives you extra peace of mind.

Yes, guests are welcome to use their own clubs! We do require that all clubs are thoroughly cleaned before use to help protect the simulator and keep the equipment in top condition. For safety and accuracy, all shots must be played using the balls provided by The Golf Pod.
