The Golf Pod was founded by Brandon & Jake, two friends from very different walks of life, connected by their shared love of golf (and a healthy obsession with bringing people together for a good time). With backgrounds that couldn’t be more different—one a lifelong golfer, the other newer to the game—they both saw the same opportunity: bring a fresh, mobile, and interactive golf experience to Kansas and beyond.
Tired of golf being limited to good weather and traditional courses, they created The Golf Pod, a fully mobile, inflatable golf simulator experience that lets you tee it up year-round and anywhere—from your favorite brewery, restaurant, backyard, to corporate events and private parties.

Meet the Team
Brandon
Brandon caught the golf bug on a vacation to Hawaii in 2024, and he’s been hooked ever since. He’s not breaking any course records (yet), but he does have a hole-in-one — and yes, he’ll definitely tell you about it. With a lifelong background in running family businesses, Brandon decided it was time to tee off on something of his own.
For him, it’s all about creating unforgettable experiences. Whether you’ve met him or not, he’s the kind of guy who makes sure everyone’s having a great time. That’s what the Golf Pod is all about — bringing a fresh, fun vibe to unexpected places.
Jake
Jake’s been golfing since he could walk, and it shows. A former D2 college player and near-scratch golfer, he’s the guy you want on your scramble team — just don’t challenge him one-on-one (you’ve been warned).
Whether he’s giving pointers, playing with his kids, or just out swinging for fun, Jake lives and breathes the game. He’s the golf pro behind the Golf Pod, and he’s all about making the sport more fun and accessible for everyone.
Ashley
Ashley’s the one behind the scenes making sure everything runs smoother than a well-read green. From scheduling tee times to wrangling our calendars (and occasionally us), she’s always on top of it.
She also lends her creative touch to our social media, helping share the fun with everyone. Some say she’s like a golf glove — sure, you could play without one… but why make things harder?
